At The Yard, we provide the beautiful backdrop for your event, but we are not event planners. Our role is to offer you a versatile venue where your vision comes to life. Event coordination, setup, and logistics are handled through our trusted partners or your own event planner.

For food, you can either work with Firefly Winery, or bring in your own catering service. The Yard can also accommodate food trucks (for an additional fee), giving you flexibility in creating the perfect culinary experience for your event.

Everything you need to know about hosting your event at The Yard
No confetti, glitter, or similar materials may be used for decorations or thrown in or around the facility. The use of staples, tacks, or other damaging materials is prohibited. Lighting may not be mounted to permanent structures. Candles may be used only in containers and the flame must be at least two (2) inches below the top of the container. You and your vendors are responsible for returning the facilities (both indoors and outdoors) to its original condition at the conclusion of your event.
All venue rental fees are non-refundable. Venue and Client agree that if the Client cancels prior to the scheduled event, for any reason whatsoever, the liquidated damages due to Venue are 100% of the amount paid by Client to date.

Yes! Several hotels are located near The Yard. Visit the hotel page on our local partner Destination Hilliard's website to access special discounted rates for your guests.
At "The Yard," we provide the venue for your event, but we are not the event planners. Our role is to offer you a beautiful, flexible space to bring your vision to life. Event planning services, including coordination, catering, and other event-related needs, are handled through our trusted partners—ACC, Firefly, and the catering company of your choice. If needed, you may also bring your own event coordinator to help manage the details.
Yes! You're welcome to use your own vendors for catering, decorations, entertainment, and event coordination at The Yard. The only exception is alcohol, which must be purchased through Firefly Winery as required by their liquor license. For food options, you can bring in your preferred caterers or a food truck (for an additional $100).
No, The Yard does not directly provide tables, chairs, or linens. Our partner, ACC Rentals, will supply these items for your event. We highly recommend including a tent rental for weather protection (please note we do not offer refunds due to weather conditions).
The Yard has a max capacity of 200 guests for events.
The Yard is handicap accessible, making it an inclusive space for all your guests.
